Focusing on a dedicated market, you’ll make your mark by making sure we do the same. You’ll:

  • manage Power Brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability
  • develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
  • contribute to the development of category strategies
  • contribute to Reckitt Innovation by delivering a product development programe to generate consistent sales and profit growth
  • develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy and plans 
  • initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans 
  • lead the development of local copy strategy/ executions and/ or to ensure adaptation possible for other regions
  • identify trade needs/ opportunities, develop pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for the assigned brand in close co-operation with the Sales function and Trade Marketing
  • manage and coach the Brand Marketing Team

You’ll succeed because you’re a natural marketer. You:

  • have experience in marketing models that reach beyond the traditional
  • have worked in an FMCG setting before and have strong commercial awareness
  • are a proven strategic thinker, with a background in brand planning and activation
  • are analytical in your approach, creative and passionate about consumers
  • have the leadership and communication skills needed to get others behind your projects
  • are advanced Power Point, Word, Excel user
