Senior Technical Analyst-Security Monitoring & Threat Response

Warszawa, Mazovia Province 

You will be responsible for analysis of threat vectors, prioritizing detections, and further development of our SIEM Platform, Splunk. You will work closely with whole Cyber Security Team to understand requirements, onboard new log sources, prepare new detections, and perform all other activities around Splunk maintenance.
You will be working with other Security Engineers, Incident Responders, Threat Hunters.

You will… 

• Analyze threat vectors and new attack techniques 
• Analyze, design and develop new detections 
• Develop any required Splunk content
• Onboard new log sources, depending on your proficiency in Splunk
• Configure and maintain Splunk Cloud
• Coordinate vendor who is responsible for service delivery around SIEM
• Cooperate with Incident Responders and Threat Hunters to understand blockers and design new Splunk content which will make their work easier
• Advise other Cyber Security engineers about different SIEM questions they might have

You’ll succeed because you have… 

• Understanding of cyber threats and attack techniques which enables further detection development
• Experience in Splunk - including log sources onboarding, use cases development
• Willingness to learn cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines and architecture standards
