In this role you will...

 

  • Be responsible for market research projects (qualitative/quantitative) utilizing various methods including focus groups, surveys, competitor and industry research, to produce useful shopper insight data and make recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Cooperate with Nielsen & IQVIA via building strong business relationship
  • Manage external agencies for the execution of research projects, presentations and analysis. Briefing agencies in terms of additional analysis etc.
  • Synthesize the results of the projects into a deep understanding of shopper and the market and use that knowledge to support category management and trade initiatives. 
  • Identify ideal methodology and provide oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs
  • Manage shopper data vendors internal usage of & output from key partners like Nielsen/IQVIA Shopper data
     

 

You’ll succeed because you have… 

 

  • Min. 5 years of experience within a similar role (shopper or consumer insights)
  • Fluency in Nielsen and/or Iqvia data analysis
  • Experience in managing qualitative and quantitative research
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to impact strategy
  • Familiarity with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story
  • Developed leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders at different level of organisation
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English and Polish
