We are looking for the recruiter with experience in working within Information Technology (IT) environment to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role you will support further development of Reckitt Global IT HUB based in Warsaw and run end-to-end recruitment processes for Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, eRB & Marketing, and Global Technologies teams.

Objectives of this Role: 

  • To source senior level and highly specialised candidates for Reckitt Global IT organisation
  • To screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to our internal stakeholders 
  • To consult with hiring managers on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly 
  • To keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates are evaluated against industry standard assessments 
  • To network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals

 
You`ll:  

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements to source the most suitable candidates 
  • Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and any other relevant channels 
  • Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for diverse technical roles 
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions) 
  • Build a candidate talent pool to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates and keep it updated 
  • Serve as an advisor to hiring managers, provide expertise on talent analytics and candidate selection best practices 
  • Maintain data consistency in ATS system 
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals 
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends to form interesting conversations with current and future candidates 

 
You`ll succeed if you have:

  • Proven experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes within IT area 
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles 
  • Experience using diverse tools to source quality candidates 
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders 
  • Ability to be proactive and to build strong relationships 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network 
  • Very good written and spoken English
