Bowen Dryer Operator

Description

Duties: 

- Running processing equipment and troubleshooting problems on the liquid side of infant formula manufacturing.     

- You will be weighing materials, mixing, and processing batches.    

- Maintaining equipment and environment in a sanitary state.   

- Making piping connections, performing preventive maintenance tasks.  

- Assembling/disassembling machinery.   

- CIP/COP of process equipment.  

- Performing basic chemical tests such as pH and chemical concentration.   

- Completing transactions, reports, and documentation both on paper and in computer systems.  

- Follow manufacturing batch records and Standard Operating Procedures.  

- Be able to monitor and troubleshoot the processes to stay on schedule.
