About the role

At Reckitt, each role is a chance to make an impact. We are in search of a Quality Associate for our bustling eCommerce sector within the Supply Chain. You will be the custodian of excellence, ensuring every product that passes through our digital doors is a testament to our commitment to quality. This is an opportunity for a meticulous individual to join a team where your expertise will contribute to the impeccable standard our consumers have come to expect.

Your responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance quality control protocols for eCommerce operations, ensuring our products meet and exceed industry standards.
- Diligently perform inspections and audits, guaranteeing adherence to quality expectations and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for advancement in quality processes.
- Compile detailed records and reports that document quality assurance activities and any corrective measures implemented.
- Engage with various teams to troubleshoot quality matters, facilitating a culture of high performance and compliance.
- Educate and mentor colleagues on quality best practises, cementing quality awareness across eCommerce channels.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience in quality control or related field, preferably within eCommerce or Supply Chain environments.
- Solid understanding of quality frameworks and analytical tools, with a track record of applying these in a business setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving quality challenges.
- Effective communication skills enabling successful interaction with diverse teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
