We’re looking for a Key Account Executive – Ecommerce to join our Sales team in what is a full time position based in Auckland, New Zealand  

 

This role will focus on assisting the Key Account Managers and National Business Managers in delivering on Reckitt’s KPI’s (Net Revenue, Trade Spend, Gross Margin, Market Share, Product & Placement Share), with particular focus on the Ecomm channel and customers.

This position would benefit grad level candidates and look to increase understanding and awareness of account management practices & customer/internal sales procedures.  You will become an expert in both the customer and Reckitt systems to support the team to deliver agreed KPI’s & sales targets. 

 

Your role will include but not be limited to: 

  • Daily interaction with the Customer Account Team, as well as cross functional interaction with the Consumer & Shopper Marketing team, Customers and external data providers. 
  • Developing an ROI matrix model to ensure Reckitt has a deep understanding of what brands and/or online tools deliver the best ROI
  • Own and build FY events plan for Online, with clear measures & KPIs to drive incrementality YoY
  • Assist KAM with key word bidding strategy 
  • Liaise with Brand teams to ensure Media plans in line with execution calendar
  • Promotional submission and phasing
     

You’ll succeed because you… 

  • Have a curious mind, always asking questions around ‘How can I make this better?’
  • Are advanced with Excel and MS Suite. Quantium & Neilson experience (desirable)
  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to look at various data sets, understanding how they link and interact with each other. 
  • Ecommerce experience advantageous 
  • Might be coming from a grad program and looking to test yourself in a fast paced environment.
