Key Account Manager Woolworths NZ, Health

Managing the relationship with one of our biggest national customers, you’ll develop solutions that mean progress for their business and ours. You’ll take the lead on ranging, pricing, category reviews and everything in between. You will build relationships with the field sales teams and category development managers. You’ll analyse data and help us make our sales systems more efficient. If you ever spot an opportunity make things better, you’ll take it. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Full ownership of the end-to-end relationship from planning to execution
•    Ranging, pricing, category reviews, negotiations and activations all in a day’s work
•    Responsibility over P&L management 
•    Work closely with our senior sales leadership to continue to build the relationship
•    Most critically, you will work with our established Woolworths team and customers to find a way to take the relationship to the next level

Key Requirements:
•    2-3 Years in a similar KAM role
•    Strong financial and business acumen
•    FMCG industry experience strongly preferred
•    Has worked with Woolworths before, familiar with their structure and way of doing business 
•    Great track record in building strong, long lasting business relationships 
•    A positive attitude and agile way of working 
•    Good analytical background, able to make the numbers tell a story
