About the role

This role will be part of the Master Data Team for Reckitt's Covering both Hygiene and Health BUs. As a Master Data Analyst, you will work alongside the rest of the data team to ensure data integrity is maintained for the total ANZ business, you'll set an example to other members of the team and work closely with the Master Data Manager. This will facilitate best in class product launches, customer deliveries and data sharing between Reckitt and our customer (wholesalers and retailers).

You will manage mater data process against Vendor, Customer while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality control ensuing data integrity across ERP systems. Through effective management of the data, you will ensure Reckitt ANZ's competitive advantage via strong governance, SAP transactional integrity, pricing integrity and speed to market. 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the Customer and Vendor set-up process including the sourcing of data from the business and management of the master data in SAP
  • Partner with Finance to manage customer and product pricing in SAP in order to ensure accurate invoicing and recording of revenue
  • Assistance to the Master Data team in the Material Creation Process to ensure that NPD’s (new product development) are completed for the stock in warehouse date.
  • Working with the Master Data Team, to assist them in ensuring that materials have the correct status and work with internal stakeholders to manage the discontinuation and obsoletion process on ERP system.
  • Partner with Finance to manage customer and product pricing in SAP in order to ensure accurate invoicing and recording of revenue
  • Maintaining local data in SAP
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and training for new users
  • KPIs are reported and agreed SLA’s (service level agreement) are achieved by the team.
  • Ensuring the Trackers are kept up to date to support the business.

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in master data in SAP
  • Retail and/ or FMCG experience is highly desirable. 
  • Proven knowledge of Supply chain Accumen
  • Strong Financial Accumen and Analytical skills
  • The ability to build trusting, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally.
    - Exceptional communication skills, with a consultative approach to influencing others using compelling facts and data.
    - A diverse range of influencing styles and techniques at your disposal, with evidence of their effective application in past roles.
