Assistant Sales Finance Manager - Health & Hygiene

City:  Bangkok

This role is a key member of the Sales Finance Controller Team with accountability for managing the Sales Finance Function with key responsibilities as below

 

 

  1. Partner with commercial team (Channel Head & Trade Marketing team) of Health Business Unit. Ability to highlight the key issues, risks and opportunities related to Gross-to Net Revenue.
  2. Review net revenue and trade investments assessment for monthly financial closing, ensure delivering value added performance reporting of key information and data as per corporate reporting calendar.
  3. Monitor trade investments, foster a mentality of “challenging the usual” when examining Trade Spend patterns and instill business manager behavior / ROI culture and create P&L awareness across the organization.
  4. Analyses and interprets information on trade investment performance and highlight the trade investment trends/gaps that need business attention including but not limited to Channel and Customer Profitability, Brand Trade Investment Analytics as well as opportunities to close the gap.
  5. Drive the streamline end-to-end process for trade promotion management by partnering with sales team to ensure investment decisions are in line with business and growth objectives also work closely with credit control team and customer service team to ensure overall controls are in place
  6. Perform balance sheet reconcile, review and provide the commentary regarding to the balance sheet movement under trade accrual
  7. Driving compliance with local and global commercial/trade – lead the Distributor health checks/audits and able to identify the area of improvement
  8. Support the need of changes in reporting / tools such as JDE, Fusion, etc. in line with global changes

Qualifications:

​​​​​​​- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Finance and/or Accountancy from a recognized university

- Accredited member of an internationally recognized CPA organization (a plus)

- At least 3 years of FMCG experience preferably with large blue chip / international organizations

- At least 2 years in a professional audit firm preferred

- Exposure in the field of management accounting and reporting

- Knowledge of SAP, JDE and trade spend management function will be added advantage
