About the role

We're seeking a Project Manager to spearhead supply-related projects, driving innovation and efficiency across our operations. In this vibrant role, you will marshal projects from inception to completion, being the linchpin that connects diverse teams and processes. Your expertise will facilitate initiatives that enhance our dynamic supply chain — ultimately helping millions achieve healthier lives.

Your responsibilities

- Craft detailed project plans that outline scope, goals, timelines, and necessary resources.
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the high-quality standards we're known for.
- Work closely with teams across procurement, logistics, and production to ensure a harmonious project journey and successful outcomes.
- Proactively tackle potential risks, creating strategies to overcome any project hurdles.
- Oversee project finances, keeping a vigilant eye on budgets and fostering fiscal efficiency.

The experience we're looking for

- Significant project management experience with a knack for supply chain and operations within a consumer goods or manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership skills, complemented by the ability to communicate effectively and solve problems efficiently.
- A solid track record of driving projects to successful completion.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Well-versed in advanced analytics practises and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
