About the role

As a Marketing Controller, you are going to be the Finance Business Partner of one of the Hygiene categories, responsible for the monitoring, analysis, planning and control of the category’s P&L. As a part of the controlling team, you are going to support all the financial reporting related to his / her area.

Your responsibilities

-Be the main interlocutor for the category for any finance information, which includes: Net Revenue, marketing costs, product costs, operational margin.

-Analyse and own the financials for the category, providing a full picture analysis from sell-out to sell-in and profit, ensuring the brand team have best in class knowledge and ownership of their financials.

-Support the marketing team on building plan/forecast strategies with focus on NPD/EPD/P&S & Productivity, ensuring new launches financials are robust.

-Own the marketing budget, providing an accurate estimation for plan & forecast of the marketing accounts and ensure no material deviations.

The experience we're looking for

 

-Business school with Finance and Accounting major

-3 years of experience in Big4 audit / same role in multinational company.

-English: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken)

-Ability to work autonomously and within a team

-Focused on results, independent, collaborative, and responsible

-Committed person, dynamic, decisive, organized, flexible, proactive, and multitasking

-Good stress management / work under pressure

-Open attitude, enthusiastic and with high motivation

The skills for success

Tax law, Tax compliance, Business acumen, Improve business processes, Stakeholder engagement and influence, Accounting principles, Controlling, performance analysis.
