We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your key focus will be on ensuring a brilliant front-end consumer experience at all online touchpoints where Reckitt products are sold online through the provision of accurate, persuasive and engaging product-related content to drive the eBusiness Formula. You will be responsible for leading a clear learning agenda to trade and optimize the Content Experience that will drive further maximization or effectiveness of our content (CVR), as well as leaning in to test new opportunities to ensure Reckitt stays ahead of the curve.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Use your knowledge of how consumers read and interact with online content on different screen sizes, and at different stages of the customer journey to define what is required to successfully sell each product
  • Review and leverage global master content to define what content is required and work with brand marketing teams & agencies
  • Ensure content is refreshed regularly, in line with NPD, brand campaigns and retailer events
  • Product data management – Ensure all master data held in the PIM is up to date and accurate to ensure platform listing and basic content compliance
  • Ensure that products are successfully set up and content published manually, or syndicated to online channels
  • Introduce new products online as product ranges are expanded or changed
  • Make recommendations for automation and process improvements 
  • Continually monitor which SKUs are performing well, and which ones need to be optimized
  • Monitor ratings & reviews and ensure insight and feedback is leveraged to optimize content creation and experience for consumers
  • Ensure all products meet levels of excellence: ensuring all SKUs have the maximum amount of content and the best quality
  • Working with internal teams, and external partners, test which content performs best in increasing add-to-basket and conversion rate
  • Ensure all learning’s captured are shared internally and with Global eBU to feed into Content Learning ‘playbook’ for all markets to benefit

 

The experience we're looking for

  • Fluent English & Spanish 
  • Experience in web UX (user experience) and online content management within an ecommerce environment
  • Solid brand and product knowledge
  • Knowledgeable about the dynamics of online selling, its emphasis on the end-consumer and the ecommerce formula (Visits, Conversion, Average Order Value, Repeat Rate, Sales etc.) 
  • Understands copywriting for web / SEO and the principles of visual web design
  • Confident interaction at all levels within Reckitt and customer organizations
  • Focused on final results, entrepreneurial and passionate by the e-commerce and its business
  • High interest about Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales and Finance areas
