About the role

The Senior Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst is focused on the management of customer inventory replenishment and demand forecasts at the unique item level throughout its life cycle using internal Reckitt Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and customer-specific tools. This customer-facing role drives Supply Chain activities, supports customer in-stock and inventory targets, maintains fill rates, and executes overall Reckitt Supply Strategies. In this role, your work will benefit our customer by minimizing their excess inventory and maximizing our consumer sales. You will support joint success by acting as a liaison and key stakeholder, ensuring accurate baseline and promotional customer forecasts, and will be pivotal in bringing our customer and brand vision to life. This role requires strong E2E Supply Chain knowledge, cross-functional collaboration and partnership, and concise communication between internal and external stakeholders.


The Senior CPFR Planner will also provide critical input into the strategic direction of the customer team and offer leadership/mentoring to peers driving OneReckitt and OneBestWay. There will be opportunities to identify and lead improvement projects, which include integrated business planning efforts, incorporating more advanced processes (systems, tools, reporting, etc.), and logistic efficiency improvements.

Your responsibilities

  • Optimize the customer's replenishment process to meet in-stock, inventory and joint objectives while maintaining fill rates
  • Develops strong relationships with customer and leads regular meetings to identify areas of opportunity and provide recommendations
  • Own internal communication with key stakeholders to call out exceptions in forecast, flag risks, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Evaluate information sources from multiple sources, providing insights, analysis, and influencing both internal and external partners on forecast and optimization of customer KPIs, driving action in the data
  • Identify internal and external risks to supporting customer’s demand in a timely manner; highlight and problem solve issues cross functionally with internal and external business partners
  • Identifies cost impacts and gaps to sales numbers, working cross-functionally to improve P&L
  • Manage complex projects that are within the scope of driving Supply Chain and Customer Replenishment efficiencies
  • Offer leadership to wider team and stakeholders, providing mentoring to peers

The experience we're looking for

 

  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, or another business-related field
  • Strong Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple groups to achieve targeted goals
  • Demonstrate the ability to take ownership and implement effective change
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Word
  • 4+ years of Supply Chain experience

US salary ranges

USD $99,000.00  -  $149,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
