Description
This role suits an ambitious finance person with very good analytical, organization and communication skills. In addition, the candidate should have a personal determination to deliver, will be keen to take responsibility, act proactively, and be able communicate timely and effectively with all members of the business. The position provides the opportunity to work directly with Sales, Marketing and Supply, as well as Senior Management team.
The role is dedicated to our Hygiene Home Division. You will have the opportunity to learn and manage financials behind successful brands such as Vanish, Finish, Airwick, Calgon, Cilit, Harpic and Lovela.

You’ll succeed because you have…
• Degree in Economics
• Min 5-6 years of experience in marketing controlling in a multinational company (FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
• Knowledge of SAP
• Fluency in English
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills

• Marketing spending, including processing and analysis of marketing accruals.
• Monitoring brand performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variances vs. budget, forecast and prior year.
• Improving brand performance by analyzing/evaluating ROI, pricing, mix, COGS, and NPDs.
• Working closely and supporting marketing director, category manager, media manager and brand managers. Providing timely and accurate financial information to key stakeholders for decision-making purposes.
• Monthly Financial closing process and management reporting, including GMVA analysis.
• Corporate planning and quarterly forecast by brand and segment
• Safeguard the integrity of financial reporting by ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Ad-Hoc projects and analysis.
• Collaborates with other departments by collecting and providing financial information.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions/meetings and provide financial support to drive productivity initiatives and support management in the execution of business strategies.
• Use finance concepts, wide-ranging experience, analytical skills and knowledge of the industry to resolve issues in creative and effective ways and ensure that appropriate judgment is applied in developing brand P&Ls and business cases.
