About the role

Your responsibilities

- Lead the Quality continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance with current regulations and GDP.
- Establish and monitor objectives for Quality improvements within the hub, ensuring the 'right first time' approach.
- Implement and oversee processes and procedures, conducting audits to ensure adherence.
- Serve as a hub resource for information on product and process quality, providing feedback on performance.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement appropriate controls, fostering consistent quality standards.
- Promote the integration of continuous improvement principles through effective communication and training.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience in quality compliance within healthcare, including developing robust QMS.
- Strong grasp of regulatory, GMP, and GDP requirements, and operational compliance.
- Exceptional influencing skills across various levels without direct authority.
- Aptitude for auditing with relevant qualifications viewed favourably.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions under pressure and a commitment to business excellence.
- Creative and insightful, adept at improving and implementing new processes and technologies.
