About the role

The role will be part of the commercial team who will support the business on the EHS compliance as well as enhancing the Safety culture within commercial function and asset safety. The position will work closely with the fast paced and dynamic team global H&S team, where you’ll be empowered to manage, lead & implement initiatives related to Health, Safety & Environment at various commercial offices in South of Asia. Be part of Reckitt commercial sites and become an expert in developing best in class EHS solutions. Make significant impacts to the society, community & in the relentless pursuit of making and cleaner, healthier world. As such this role will have visibility and access to the highest levels of the organisation by working closely with the commercial, HR & Global H&S leadership team.

Your responsibilities

• • To review all commercial sites within their region to ensure consistent compliance against Reckitt H&S standards, Office Safety Manual and local legal compliance.
  • To produce detailed action plans from visits, setting out prioritised step by step requirements for the site to be compliant with all required controls
  • To conduct follow up visits, as required, to sites identified as High Risk
  • To work with Regional Safety Managers to ensure all actions are fully closed out in line with expectations and its follow-up/tracking in Enablon.
  • To review H&S management by all the workforce regarding competency, training and commitment and outline recommendations for improvements

The experience we're looking for

• Must be qualified to at least degree standard with specialization in H&S (eg. Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety, Degree in Environmental science etc), Hold IOSH/NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Must have a proven track record (3~5 years) in championing H&S in commercial projects, facilities, or production environment.
• Technical expertise and curiosity with the ability to identify new opportunities to improve H&S standards and practices.
• Ability to become the Reckitt ’expert’ in H&S
