About the role

Handling tax assessments & litigations matters of direct tax; 

 Strategically managing diverse tax positions for company's direct tax matters, liaising with tax 

authorities for accurate assessments; 

 Advising internal stakeholders on tax implications and potential risks, contributing to well-informed 

business initiatives. 

 Resolving queries of external stakeholders (vendors & customers) in relation to direct tax matters; 

 Preparation & submission of Income tax returns; 

 Handling tax audit and ensure timely submission of tax audit report; 

 Reviewing monthly TDS payments & quarterly TDS returns; 

Your responsibilities

 Preparation of current tax & deferred tax computation, ETR calculation for group reporting & 

financial reporting; 

 Preparation of advance tax workings; 

 Contract review from direct tax perspective; 

 Review of tax positions on foreign payments; 

 Review of tax workings of foreign subsidiaries; 

 Supporting in internal & external audit from direct tax perspective.

Well versed with the working of SAP

Project Management, Financial Reporting, Accounting principles, Financial Analysis and reporting.
