About the role

Reporting to the Head of TA Region, your expertise will be key in sculpting our workforce, enriching lives, and delivering on Reckitt's promise of a healthier, happier world.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Craft and execute innovative strategies to identify the best candidates, engaging with both active and passive talent.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and meet Reckitt's talent needs, creating robust pipelines for current and future roles.
- Screen candidates with precision to align top-notch talent with Reckitt's values and goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry and regional sourcing trends, using this knowledge to inform your sourcing methods.
- Foster our employer brand, turning potential candidates into eager applicants and new hires.
- Guide and provide expert advice on local sourcing strategies, helping to shape our approach to talent acquisition.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience or understanding of sourcing and talent screening processes.
- Strong project management capabilities and savvy in organising multiple tasks.
- Confident in communication and building relationships with colleagues and candidates at all levels.
- Adept at leveraging social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.
- Track record of cultivating diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusivity in the talent acquisition process.
- Analytical aptitude to use data in improving sourcing activities and meeting KPIs.
- Committed to fostering a candidate experience that reflects Reckitt's collaborative and caring culture.
