Your responsibilities

• Oversee our forecasting and planning cycle, ensuring our operations hinge on reliable financial data.
• Partner with the sales and marketing teams to improve promotional & volume planning and evaluate performance through return-on-investment analysis.
• Own & develop business centric financial reporting to deliver action focused analysis into performance, risks & opportunities.
• Provide pivotal insights and comprehensive reports that support strategic decisions.
• Uphold the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting.
• Craft and communicate recommendations influencing the future direction of our finance operations.
• Lead and collaborate with finance and Commercial teams to foster continuous improvement in our financial processes.

The experience we're looking for

• Commercial decision modelling, gouvernance and support for key initiatives including new product launches, pricing, promotional investment for category leading brands
• You are financially qualified, bringing a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• A proven track record in forecasting, planning, and financial analysis.
• Prior experience in FP & A, coupled with a grasp of commercial finance.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to mentor and manage a team of finance professionals.
• An approachable influencer, skilled in engaging and aligning stakeholders around data-driven decisions.
