About the role

Reckitt is searching for an HR Advisor (all genders) limted until 31th Dec. 2024, who can carry the torch for our HR processes, adding a personal touch to the employee journey. Your meticulous attention to detail, dedication to maintaining impeccable records, and keenness to enhance our HR strategies are crucial to our collaborative environment. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Operational advice and support for employees and managers in all labor, collective bargaining and social security matters
  • Contact person for our specialists and managers regarding the employee life cycle and carrying out the associated administrative activities, e.g. employer 
  • Responsibility for the entire contractual system, e.g. employment contracts, contract changes, terminations and termination agreements.
  • Trustful cooperation with the works council, e.g. works council hearings and drawing up works agreements.
  • Organization and support of all on- and offboarding activities including ensuring the probationary period feedback process in coordination with the specialist departments.
  • Responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of the monthly payroll in close cooperation with the external service provider as well as the coordination of the assumption of direct insurance.
  • Support for annual internal audits as well as income tax and social security external audits in coordination with Finance.
  • Supervision of personnel files, personnel master data as well as the ATOSS personnel time management and the personnel management system (Success Factors).
  • Further development of HR processes and standards as well as support in the implementation of the HR strategy and change processes.
  • Support in the areas of people development, recruiting & employer branding as well as independent support of HR projects

The experience & skills we're looking for

  • A solid understanding of HR procedures and a track record of best practices in the field.
  • Successfully completed apprenticeship or degree in business adminstration, preferably with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience of min. 1 year of relevant professional experience in a general HR function - ideally experience in carrying out monthly payroll in collaboration with a service provider 
  • Expert in labor, social security and payroll tax law as well as works constitution law - preferably you already have experience in human resources in the FMCG, OTC or chemical industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a knack for mastering new HR software and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a flair for clear and compassionate communication.
  • Excellent organisational aptitude, coupled with the capacity to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • Experience with HR data, analytics, and process improvement, demonstrating a strategic approach to HR solutions.
  • High level of self-motivation, the ability to work in a team and an entrepreneurial spirit. Of course, you have very good MS Office skills (inbs, Excel), fluent German and English.
