When? By agreement, at least 5-6 months, the intake dates differ so it may take some time for us to come back to you.

As Intern Supply Chain Management you will be part of one of the following teams (depending on availability): Embellishment/ Logistics/ Demand Planning/ Customer Service. Here you will support the whole team but you can also contribute proactively.
 

Your potential tasks depending on the team are:

• Taking responsibility and carrying out your own projects
• Supporting project development in close cooperation with other departments

Embellishment: 

• Supporting the team in day-to-day business, production planning, master data maintenance and packaging development
• Carrying out analyses and reporting 
• Support in securing the supply of our products and packaging (Purchase Order Management, Material Requirement Planning (MRP))
• Supporting the coordination of different suppliers (co-packers)

Logistics: 

• Preparation of quantity forecasts on the daily outgoing goods volume
• Coordination with logistics service providers for incoming and outgoing goods
• Ensuring the availability of goods through close cooperation with the complete supply team
• Systemic posting of goods receipts
• Creation of deviation reports in goods receipt as well as communication to the factories
• Research and data evaluation

Demand Planning:

• Supporting the demand team in reporting and product supply
• Developing and conducting reports
• Conducting forecast analyses
• Securing the supply of our products and working closely with the factories

Customer Service:

• Support of the Customer Service Team in day-to-day business 
• Collaboration in an international supply team 
• Processing of customer inquiries and complaints
• Working with ERP systems (SAP)

You'll be a good fit for the team if you ...
... are a flexible thinker with a quick grasp of things and are characterized by a high level of self-motivation, the ability to work in a team and an entrepreneurial spirit.  You have analytical and communication skills, very good MS Office skills and speak fluent German and English. You are enthusiastic about the branded goods industry, in which you have ideally already gained supply chain experience. You also have a bachelor's degree in economics or a similar course of study.
