Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Step into the role of Key Account Manager at Reckitt, where your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering with major national trade players will be fundamental in delivering health, hygiene, and nutrition products to consumers. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and realising joint business plans, balancing customer success with our own growth. Your dedication to enriching the customer journey and driving sales will see you thriving in a culture committed to commercial excellence and innovation. Explicitly, the Key Account Manager CHAT is driving the customer strategy for national eCommerce customers and is driving and executing business growth plans as set by the eCommerce Leadership Team.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing /growing business and building relationship with eCommerce OnDemand and Marketplace1P partners on customers
  • Identify new potential players in the market and integrate withing the current business to capitalize on the market dynamics
  • Analyzing of 6P (Product, Search, Reviews, Content, Promotion, Price) gaps in-line to identify opportunities and risks
  • Design and implement, in collaboration with the specific departments (Marketing & Trade Marketing), the right content, portfolio mix and activation/promotion grid with a focus on ROI and growth
  • Development and implementation of customer-specific measures/projects using KPIs traffic, conversion, basket size and repeat purchases

  • Strategic development of customer-specific best practice models through effectiveness analyses of content, advertisement, pricing, placement, and range of products
  • Achieving sales and profitability targets of current and future customers
  • Engage with and get learnings and best practices from the Central European eCommerce team, as well as feed in best practices from your region / develop new ideas/process based on internal and regional learnings
  • Support in preparation and processing of customer year end talks
  • Regular updates of trackings
  • Budget responsibility for dedicated customers including tracking and negotiations during the year

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration (or similar)
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Sales (preferably eCommerce) / Consumer Experience / Digital Marketing
  • Account management, priority settings, project management, commercial understanding of corporate and operational business
  • Knowledge of the eCommerce business / understanding of online consumer behaviour and digital content
  • Strategic thinker with confidence to effectively deliver account plan
  • P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
  • Literacy & Numeracy: Understanding of business finance
  • Language Skills: business fluent in both German and English
