You will

• Work directly in the laboratory on innovating new formulations and test methods for our products of tomorrow
• Submit suggestions for improvements to products and methods
• Prepare and perform storage tests according to SOP
• Sample preparation for analysis and performance tests
• Perform and document performance tests; perform and document analysis methods and product tests
• Record raw materials in the chemical register

You’ll succeed because you...

...have are a chemical laboratory technician (CTA, chemical technician or laboratory assistant), max. Bachelor, ideally with first professional experience in the field of development of homecare products (e.g.detergents and cleaning agents)
...have interest, and ideally first work experience in innovation teams

...like to work with other innovation scientists in the team to bring new ideas for our detergent products

...have good communication skills in English and German (German nice to have)
...have basic Microsoft Office software knowledge (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
...are a creative head with the wish to bring your own ideas to progress in development
...work independently, carefully and reliable
...like to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
...have good organizational and coordination skills for laboratory work
