As an Associate, your expertise will crucially support the growth and stability of our product portfolio. Your responsibility

  • To understand consumer needs and behaviours at the level allowing to translate the CPI research outcomes into recommendations to new ADW product development in assigned region in line to ADW category strategy.
  • To plan, execute, and deliver assigned consumer product insights activities and research to support R&D and CDO teams with clear reports and recommendation for ADW product development and implementation.
  • To work closely with project teams to ensure the CPI delivery meets the required standards, project objectives and agreed timelines. This would involve quantitative consumer research studies and advanced data analysis (i.e., Home Use Tests, Central Location Tests, online surveys etc), qualitative consumer research studies (1:1 interviews, observed usability studies, ethnography) and the correlations between them to enable predictive models.
  • To support building and development of the knowledge and expertise in the consumer science, with ideas for expansion of team capabilities, allowing to provide more efficient support for ADW product portfolio in a relevant region/geography.
  • Crystal and open communication with key internal Reckitt stakeholders and external agencies/ research providers.
  • Active participation in development and implementation of the best practices and improvement processes across Reckitt R&D/CPI community.
  • To lead, and coach assigned team members in their roles (direct and indirect reports) supporting their development, and engagement.
  • Basic understanding of product strategy and project cost structure
  • Strong risk awareness / problem solving skills together with knowledge of how to overcome obstacles by getting support from others.
  • To ensure that all tasks, activities, and required documentation are delivered at high quality level, and in compliance to Health, Safety, Regulatory, Legal and all relevant Reckitt policies and SOPs.

The experience we're looking for

  • Consumer research experience – designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative consumer research studies with 2+ years’ experience,
  • Experience of conducting interviews by oneself and analysing them to generate actionable insights,
  • Experience of applying statistics on quantitative consumer data,
  • Able to integrate a wide variety of qualitive and quantitative research methods into research plans, integrate data and draw conclusions that could generate compelling insights,
  • Exhibit technical curiosity to adapt innovative ways to generate meaningful insights and solve complex problems,
  • Demonstrate interest in early product innovation/development within consumer-packaged goods industries,
  • Good presentation skills: can explain a topic in an easy and accessible way for the audience,
  • Team player, working in collaborative fashion and overcoming obstacles by getting support from others,
  • Fluent in English, strong communicator who is confident working with internal and external teams, including third-party agencies
