About the role

As a Reward Manager (all genders) for the region DACH & Nordics, you are part of the HR team for DACH & Nordics based in Heidelberg and are responsible for the entire Compensation & Benefits (C&B) process including the development of reward policies, annual benchmarking and implementation of training for the HR team for the DACH & Nordics region as well as for the two business units Hygiene and Health. The role acts as a business partner together with the HR Director and advises the management team on all C&B issues and is supported by a direct report - a reward analyst.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Be the central contact and expert for effective advice for the management team on compliance with all reward guidelines and governance requirements.
  • Manage and implement all global and local compensation programs for all management levels and employees.
  • Ensure consistency, comparability and compliance with local laws through annual internal reviews of salaries and bonus systems as well as external benchmarks and introduction of approval processes.
  • Analyze the competitive position of Reckitt's compensation programs and benefits as well as market trends and recommend adjustments based on market data.
  • Provide expertise on Reckitt's stock savings plans and further developing them as a long-term incentive system.
  • Manage or participate in global projects, such as Pay Review, Gender Pay Gap and the global bonus system.
  • Advice on all international transfer and relocation processes.

Your experience & skills we're looking for

  • Degree in business administration, finance, analytics, human resources or a related field.
  • A robust background in Reward within a vibrant, fast-paced setting with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the rewards/compensation & benefits area
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence, even when details are fluid.
  • Proficient in data analysis, delivering insights that drive impactful decisions.
  • Strong communication abilities - fluent in German & English -, fostering excellent relationships across diverse groups.
  • Adept in strategic planning with a practical, analytic mindset focused on results.
  • Experience with total reward and change management, equipped with commercial savvy and a knack for compelling storytelling.
