The Content & Consumer Experience eCommerce is a key pillar of the DACH eCommerce team for Reckitt’s Health category (which includes brands like Nurofen, Strepsils or Durex). The Team Lead Content & CX Manager eCommerce DACH (m/f/d), Health is responsible for leading and driving Reckitt’s eCommerce business through best-in-class content & consumer experience management and strategy, together with her/his team. The team is responsible for Reckitt to “wow” its users with optimized content (both base and enhanced) at key e-commerce retailers. It makes sure new products are launched with best-in-class content on these platforms, including e.g. ratings & reviews management, best-in-class assets, product descriptions, SEO-optimization.
He/she reports to the eCommerce Performance Marketing Team Lead for CE and maintains a close collaboration with her/his colleagues in Brand Marketing and Key Account Management. The two focus areas are:


  • Leading the Content Management & Optimization with full ownership of content for eCom e-retailers while driving consumer engagement and sales over optimized content and consumer experience together with her/his team and peers on multiple Reckitt’s eCommerce channels like e.g. Amazon, e-pharmacies, e-groceries.
  • Partnering with e-retailers to drive together optimized consumer experienceand collaborating closely with the Brand Marketing teams and sharing learnings on brand insights from both sides to constantly seek for new possibilities to reach higher level of consumer excitement.

You’ll succeed because… 

…you’ve sucessfully completed your bachelor’s degree in marketing, media or business and have minimum of 6 years’ working experience with at least 2 years in either commercial (sales/marketing), e-commerce, content management or performance marketing environment, preferably with customer contact. Furthermore, you...


  • Have have experience in managing a team with a “people first” mindset - and minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Are are an expert project management and are very well organized with a „Hands on“ Mentality.
  • Have a profound knowledge in organisational acumen and communication skills for building trustful work relationships and managing projects.
  • Are ambitious and have excellent quantitative capabilities and a KPI focus.
  • You are fluent in English as well as German in order to communicate strongly across different stakeholders.
