About the role
Trade Marketing drives increased brand penetration and profitable sales volume with the customer. They are responsible for driving trade marketing efficiency and effectiveness while continually looking for growth opportunities. To identifies all Brand, Market, & Customer business opportunities and risks through communication with the field sales organization. Trade MKT maximizes the return on GT Nutrition trade spend. They analyze the brand strategies to ensure plans meet the market needs. They review customer-level volume and spend, challenging inaccuracies & inefficiencies where appropriate.
Your responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of trade category plan for assigned channel
Work out monthly/quarterly rolling report for assigned channel
- Update competitor activities
- Analyze data and evaluation trade activities effectiveness in respective regions to take the keylearning and propose appropriate initiatives
Co-Work with Marketing team in launch/re-launch and consumer promotion activities
- Allocate promotion volume to assigned channel/ customers in charge
- Work out the brief for BTL agencies and sales team
- In charge of in-store POSM design, briefing POSM/Activation team for production and installationin store
Co-Work with Procurement/Suppliers in developing and delivering gift/POSM
- Lead Gimmicks proposal and execution for GT
- Follow up with POSM production gift sourcing and delivery to stores OTIF
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor Degree – Economy, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration major
4 years above sales or Trade Marketing experiences
Firsthand experience in working directly with consumers, field sales force and retailers.
Detail & result oriented.
