About the role

Reckitt is looking for a temporary Brand Launch Coordinator who is not only organized and proactive but also brimming with creativity. Your responsibilities

  • Controlling the launch approval process by ensuring the initiatives are progressing at the required critical path timings and coordinating input from various stakeholders 
  • Being key point of contact with the manufacturing teams
  • Managing creation and update of all necessary information in various systems (SKU data, packaging…)
  • Providing analysis and work with sales and marketing teams to ensure NPD delivery on time and at costs 
  • Supporting business in optimum decision making and reaction to potential issues
  • Applying appropriate problem solving techniques to evaluate and resolve operational issues

The experience we're looking for

  • You have work experience in project management within multinational companies (preferable if in FMCG or brand-driven organizations). 
  • Strong project management, organization and structure skills , coupled with rigour and eye for details
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • At ease with different IS systems and tools, and excellent master of Excel
  • Strong relationship builder and ability to communicate effectively across all functions; ability to challenge constructively and confidently
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, perseverant and resilient
  • Fluency is either Dutch or French is a must
