IT&D Analyst - PTD, Nutrition

Job Description

IT&D Analyst - PTD is responsible for supporting product roadmaps and delivery of major projects, enhancements and L4 support for all products within Produce To Demand workstream, for Nutrition BU. The individual will provide subject matter expertise related to SAP Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and related business processes. He/she will collaborate with both Nutrition IT&D and Global IT&D for Manufacturing, R&D, Connected Labs and  ensure optimization of solutions in the functional area, for Nutrition BU. He / She is also responsible for

Scope Of Responsibilities:
• Support definition of product strategy and roadmap for Produce To Demand product portfolio.
• Act as the point of contact for the PTD workstream and work closely with business stakeholders to provide value to the business.
• Implement short term and long-term projects in line with product strategy and roadmap.
• Contribute to design workshops, solution assessment and recommendations.
• Documentation of functional project deliverables (High-Level Requirements, Functional Specification, End-User Testing)
• Provide SME support for BAU activities.
• Govern and enforce the standardized solutions for projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams, Global Process owners and business stakeholders to design and deliver global solutions, country-specific localizations as needed to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery partners, suppliers, and other product managers across the organization to ensure Product Group success. 
• Support teams of developers, configurators, and other subject matter experts to deliver small to medium-sized projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.

 

Skills/Experiences:
Essential:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management or related area required.
• 7+ years of experience with SAP supporting SAP PM, QM, WM, IM modules including at least two full lifecycle implementation of a multinational SAP instance.
• Knowledgeable in the interdependencies and integration points with SAP modules Production planning, Materials management, shop floor applications is a must.
• Hands-on experience working with EDI, SAP Process Integration/ Process Orchestration interfaces, middleware knowledge and its integration with SAP ECC.
• Hands on experience in setting up Partner profiles, EDI message types, Message outputs, Access sequences, Condition records. 
• Hands on SAP configuration and technical skills to understand complex workflow requirements to develop detailed functional specifications is a must. Knowledge of ALE, IDocs, interfaces between SAP to SAP & SAP to Non-SAP systems is a must.
• Experience with master data migration tools like LSMW etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams of contracted resources and to drive accountability for issue resolution and project deliverables.
• Experienced in developing/implementing test strategies (Unit, System Integration, User-Acceptance) and training materials, functional documentation for technical teams to develop RICEFW objects.
• Global experience dealing with challenges of diverse cultures, time zones, travel and communications. 

Desirable:
• Awareness of the FMCG, Health care industry is beneficial.
• Experience working in a highly validated environment is preferred. 
• SAP Certification in relevant modules.
• Understanding of KPIs and Metrics for multiple areas of ERP. 
• Knowledge in SAP MDGs is a plus.
• Experience with shop floor systems like LIMS, Weighing Information Management systems, MES is a plus.
