About the role

We are looking for an agile project manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. You will oversee the resources, budget, scope and timeline of multiple IAM projects, involving teams from Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and access management, IT outsourced partners and vendor suppliers.

Your responsibilities

Executing and delivering IAM projects using agile methodologies, such as Kanban or Scrum.

Collaborating with IAM stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, developers, testers and end-users to define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint goals.

Facilitating agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Report on project progress, Risk, dependencies, value delivery, quality, testing and deployment activities using Azure DevOps and other agile approaches.

Manage a portfolio of IAM initiatives to exploit capability of the IAM tooling including EmpowerID, CyberArk, Okta and Active Directory.

Giving guidance and support to the project team and other agile practitioners.

Adapt to changing requirements and priorities throughout the project life cycle, delivering incremental value and feedback loops.

The experience we're looking for

Proven extensive experience of implementing, exploiting and rolling out IAM solutions and capability. 

Ideally experience of EmpowerID, CyberArk, Okta and Active Directory but alternative recognised product experience will be considered. 

Good understanding of broad Cyber Security Concepts, with particular experience and expertise in identity and Access Management processes, controls. Technologies and good practice.

Experience of implementing IT systems within a GAMP (GxP) governance framework for validated systems.

Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall

Experience negotiating vendor contracts and Statements of Work
