Your responsibilities

- Provide specialist inputs into contracts with selected strategic IT vendors/programs 
- Support selection of IT service and technology vendors in line with RB’s IT sourcing strategy and corporate procurement policies 
- Support definition and insights & analytics in coordination with internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate the performance of the IT services that they provide and support.

- Support the integration or alignment of Strategic Tier 1 strategic partners into the overall RB IT governance and reporting structures.
- Support development, implementation, coordination and update with partners and internal stakeholders
- Manage and execute communications with strategic partners in collaboration with supporting teams.
- Maintain a good relationship with strategic partners to maintain reliability, cost-effectiveness and help drive innovation and transformation.
- Continually assess the potential performance risks relating to strategic partners and their products or services
- Support management and processes across programs and contracts with strategic partners 
- Support routine market comparisons and benchmarking relating to strategic partner management best practices. 
- Monitor the compliance of strategic partners with requirements in contracts.
- Promote the Reckitt IT&D strategy and operating model to help build a competitive and innovation driven partner ecosystem 
- Use or develop innovative monitoring and governance dashboards to drive compliance with contracts 
- Support maintenance of a portfolio of IT Tier 1 contract change requests and the proper documentation and archiving of all contract documents and amendments
- Assist in the development of reporting to address management requirements to obtain information.  
- Maintain current knowledge of strategic partner contracts and report on how they affect the business
- Collaborate with the respective IT Product towers including procurement, commercial, service operations teams to enable a positive end-to-end relationship with partners.  
- Accountable for the management of the in-life portfolio of Tier 1 IT contracts. 

The experience we're looking for

- 10+ years of overall experience

- Previous experience working in an IT Vendors Management role. 
- Demonstrable understanding of large global service provider contracts and frameworks
- Able to drive performance and value from large Tier 1 partner organisations.

- Experience in digital product management, showcasing an ability to navigate the full development lifecycle. 
- Proven track record working with agile methodologies to bring digital products to life. 

- Strong analytical skills, utilising market insights and user feedback to guide product decisions. 

- Excellent communicator with a knack for expressing complex product strategies in simple terms. 

- Customer-focused mindset with a history of creating products that genuinely make a difference. 

- Skilled in fostering team collaboration and driving projects forward amidst changing landscapes.
