About the role

Embark on a transformative journey with Reckitt as our next IT & D Director for the ERP Transformation Programme. This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader passionate about steering large-scale change and driving forward a key technology overhaul. You'll be the architect of our ERP landscape, crafting a future-ready platform that supports and propels our business functions towards excellence. Your responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of Reckitt's ERP transformation agenda, ensuring the modernisation of core business systems aligns with our strategic goals.
- Collaborate with top-level stakeholders to crystallise the programme's direction, balancing ambitious innovation with practical execution.
- Cultivate a project environment that prizes high-quality solutions, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness, while navigating the challenges of complex project landscapes.
- Champion a team-oriented culture, mentoring IT & D talent and encouraging a shared vision of transformative success.

The experience we're looking for

- Profound expertise in orchestrating large-scale IT & D programmes, with a focus on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
- Strong strategic and analytical acumen, coupled with an ability to convert business needs into effective technological deployments.
- A history of leading high-achieving IT & D teams, fostering a spirit of cooperative innovation and pursuit of excellence.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, effectively engaging with peers and partners to drive organisational change.
- A commitment to staying at the forefront of ERP technologies, platforms, and best practises, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
