About the role

Your responsibilities

  • Utilise IT operating model framework to facilitate planning, alignment, demand & change management
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and frameworks
  • Works as a SME of the tool and manage stakeholders in different countries on Global Sales Solutions
  • Understand business requirements, managed enhancements and drives change management activities
  • Understand the Sales Process across different countries in Reckitt
  • May be required to work with teams managing Satellite systems for establishing Integration
  • May required to explore/ deploy the tool to new countries
  • Responsible for implementing, monitor, review Sales Excellence tools
  • Manages Request, Escalations and provide inputs as needed to assigned countries
  • Handle assigned BAU projects
  • Testing of New / exiting functionality of Sales tools
  • Role may include domestic/ International travel

The experience we're looking for

  • Education in IT/Software-related discipline
  • Should be from Techno-Functional background
  • Understanding of FMCG Commercial Business Process (Distributor- Retail) will be an advantage
  • Should have lead/part of large scale SFA/MFA/ 4P Audit solution deployment across FMCG sector and shall possess Project Management skills
  • Agile project management experience/certification advantageous
  • Good Analytical skills, Software Development Life Cycle and process mapping will be an advantage
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work on their own initiative to drive and deliver results
  • Excellent communication, Presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, potentially high-pressure environment
  • Ability to interact clearly with business users to ensure that software solutions fulfil strategic business needs
  • Fast Learner, willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency on Microsoft office suite such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc is desirable
