About the role

The Nutrition and Product Information Specialist shall act as the nutrition lead and expert for the Enfamil Customer Resource Centre, CRM and Brand Teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensures that the Brand Strategy and overall goals and objectives of the Brand Teams are effectively represented in all of the training and materials.
  • Leads, develops and delivers comprehensive in-depth nutrition and product training.
  • Manages the Knowledge database daily with current approved nutrition and product information as well as incorporating up to date brand messaging 
  • Primary liaison in providing nutrition guidance and expertise in responses to questions from consumers through numerous channels including Facebook, Chat, Email, Phone, etc.
  • Developing urgent FAQs, training materials and other materials, as required by different teams at Enfamil Canada.
  • Providing ongoing mentoring to CRC team on customer calls, documentation, and product knowledge.
  • Updating the Knowledge Base system with the latest product and nutrition information on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Medical Affairs and US Medical Services to ensure compliance with current standards in the handling of Adverse Events (AE)

The experience we're looking for

  • Registered Dietitian and eligibility for membership in Dietitians of Canada
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in nutritional management of patients
  • Interest in Infant Nutrition and Feeding Recommendations and Guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with the scientific and research advances in nutrition
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team environment and across boundaries to achieve results, delivering value-added business results that meet high quality requirements within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex nutrition/science information into simple language
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
