About the role

As the Quality Compliance Manager at Reckitt, you will play a pivotal role in assuring the quality of products that enhance the health and well-being of consumers across Pakistan. Your expertise will lead the Quality Compliance team at one of our key Healthcare Sites, driving compliance and excellence. This position offers a dynamic environment where your strategic vision and leadership will directly contribute to the certification and supply of our renowned brands. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

- Provide coaching and leadership, fostering a skilled team committed to quality and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all processes remain robust and effective.
- Lead investigations and manage the response to critical quality issues, safeguarding our consumers and reputation.
-Support Site Quality Manager in achieving business and quality goals especially improving culture of quality.
- Oversee regulatory and customer audits, demonstrating Reckitt's dedication to quality.

The experience we're looking for

- A broad understanding of business operations, specifically in manufacturing and quality management systems.
- A Pharmacist having comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and supply laws in Pakistan.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide a high-performing team.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, adept at turning plans into tangible actions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in change leadership and the application of innovation in Quality and Manufacturing processes.
