Your responsibilities

-Responsible for a cell short to medium term performance, working closely with the shift based Management and production teams, reporting into the Senior Improvement Leader for the Factory.

-Cover the implementation and adherence to site EHS & Quality Compliance standards, ensuring behaviours and practices across the Factory are in line with site procedures.

-Develop the Cell capabilities to ensure the shift by shift production performance levels can be achieved. Monitoring and pro-actively dealing with performance losses through a continuous improvement approach using the Reckitt Production System.

-Drive CI across the Cell leading to improved KPI’s and having a positive impact on the Factory budget and Site P&L.

-Establish strong working relationships between the Shift based teams both Management & Operatives, and site cross functional teams to ensure ways of working are established to enable effective production execution and performance levels.

 

 

 

The experience we're looking for

-2-3 years manufacturing production management experience.

-Knowledge & application of MHRA GMP regulatory requirements within a Healthcare manufacturing environment or equivalent.

-IOSH certification and knowledge and application of UK statutory requirements.

-Leadership qualities, ability to motivate others and demonstrate strong team working and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

-Achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and pressurised environment.

-Self starter, able to work on own initiative.

-Technical mind set with the ability to plan, execute protocols and write reports.

-Six sigma green belt lean experience. 

-Knowledge of project management tools.
