Your responsibilities

-Lead, support & coach the shopfloor teams against functional Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) which contribute to the overall site performance.

-Focus on the routine delivery of operational plans ensuring safety and quality standards are me.

-Empower the teams to take ownership of issues, using performance management to ensure department consistently achieves and then exceeds target key performance indicators.

-Work closely with Area Team Leaders, other Crew Leaders, Asset Carers, Manufacturing Technicians and Team Members to maximise productivity through flexibility.

-Liaise with support functions through effective communication to ensure priorities are met.

-Be the leading point of all escalations across the department assigned to follow the line performance escalation flow chart to ensure the relevant Managers and support functions are kept informed and up to date with issues affecting the factory from hitting their key performance indicators.

The experience we're looking for

-Demonstrate experience on the Reckitt Leadership Behaviours: Own, Care, Create & Deliver.

-Knowledge and understanding of a pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging operations and factory services equipment and facilities.

-Interpersonal skills – written and verbal communications.

-Ability to influence, lead and react positively to multiple tasks to ensure clear prioritisation.

-Good IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and Teams.

-Self -starter, able to work on own initiative.

-Ability to manage multiple activities and flexible to respond to changing priorities.

-Ability to demonstrate strong team working; good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
