About the role

At Reckitt, each role is a chance to make an impact. We are in search of a Quality Associate for our bustling eCommerce sector within the Supply Chain. You will be the custodian of excellence, ensuring every product that passes through our digital doors is a testament to our commitment to quality. Role Summary: 

•    The individual is accountable and responsible for the day to day execution of analytical and quality system / support related tasks relating to the QC area workload, as defined by the Quality Control Leader or QC Operations Manager.
•    The individual is responsible for ensuring that they deliver their output effectively and efficiently in compliance with Good Laboratory practice thereby providing continuous support to consumer quality and customer service performance within the Reckitt business.
•    The individual is able to perform routine tasks effectively and efficiently without supervision and is wholly accountable for the quality of the work delivered.
•    The individual is able to effectively delegate for their line manager as required and represent their section in communications with the wider business.
•    The individual is able to effectively lead a small team of analysts accountable and responsible for the day to day execution of analytical and quality system / support related tasks relating to the QC area workload.
•    The individual meets or exceeds the criteria for the role as defined and documented by laboratory management.

Your responsibilities

Responsibilities:

•    The day to day prioritisation and organisation of individual and team workload to ensure that customer service and stakeholder needs are met. 
•    To ensure that relevant data is checked, approved, recorded and available for inspection in accordance with Good Manufacturing and Good Laboratory Practices.
•    Work in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
•    Apply and maintain the cGMP processes / documentation / systems that are relevant to their section.
•    To ensure cGMP compliant delivery of activities for self and others within their section.
•    Provide support to Regulatory Authority inspections as required.
•    Maintain the laboratory in an audit ready, compliant state. 
•    Lead audit preparations within their section. 
•    Ensure area and team constantly deliver factory service. 
•    Setting the standards and expectations for the team, leading by example.
•    To act as a point of contact for enquires relating to their section.
•    To ensure section activities are aligned with those of the wider QC laboratory.
•    To generate and report team Key Performance Indicators against agreed and appropriate metrics for the monitoring of section performance and delivery.

Experience and Qualifications...

Skills and Experience required:

•    Degree level qualification and/or relevant and appropriate demonstrable skills and experience.
•    Excellent delivery of core skills.
•    Demonstrable or transferable skills relevant to the delivery of QC analysis and associated activities.
•    Demonstrable skills in working within a multi-level team environment.
•    Ability to prioritise and complete tasks.
•    Excellent problem solving skills.
•    Ability to work on own initiative and within a team of people.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with sound presentation skills.
•    Proven ability to work under pressure without compromising on deliverables.
•    Excellent IT skills required, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab. 
•    Chromeleon and SAP experience required.
•    Collaborative team working across the wider business.
