About the role

As an R&D Operations Assistant at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside a team of expert scientists dedicated to maintaining product safety, quality and efficacy. Your meticulous attention to detail, technical curiosity in problem solving and collaborative approach will be crucial in supporting and delivering New and Existing product developments on projects.

 

This role is fast-paced and requires a high-performing scientist with an eye for technical detail to join an R&D team supporting compliance project requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Analytical chemistry – Own and execute testing for stability studies in support of existing products currently on market globally. Collaborate and be responsible for data processing, interpretation and report writing.
  • Technical dossier – Author technical documents (Module 3 CTD) relating to chemistry, manufacturing and controls to support regulatory licence variations across a multitude of products in the global market. Respond to health authority questions with good scientific basis to ensure timely variation approval.
  • Formulation and raw material management – There is the potential to be trained and apply your new knowledge and skills to facilitate with the support of formulation activities in the team and maintain required documentation for control and use of raw materials within the formulation laboratory area.

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree Qualified in a Scientific discipline- Chemistry based degree is desirable.
  • Experienced in a GMP Analytical laboratory.
  • Self-starter and motivated to learn. The role is fast-paced, and the candidate must be comfortable with changing priorities based on business needs.  
  • Results orientated, dynamic and self-motivated with an ability to evaluate and take calculated risks.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to positively interact and communicate within a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and delivery.
