About the role


Regulatory Systems Specialist - Fixed Term Contract 
Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire

Your responsibilities

  • Perform system administration and user administration activities
  • Ensure maintenance of business based activities are aligned to the Reckitt QMS to ensure ongoing compliance and validation
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current Reckitt and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Provide support to business users and outsourcers such as but not limited to training, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Work with IT and systems owner on incident & problem management and identify improvements to the functionality of current system
  • Ensure validation and change control is carried out correctly, particularly to satisfy regulatory & Reckitt requirements
  • Ensure complete and thorough system documentation for systems administration and end user
  • Work with Project team to ensure system changes are appropriately transitioned to BAU status

The experience we're looking for

 

  • Experience with business process and requirements analysis as a critical input to systems design and validation.
  • Strong Computer System Validation (CSV) and Good Practices (GxP)
  • Experience with Data Transformation and Analytics is desirable but not required.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the RB portfolio of products and electronic systems (GAMP).  
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of corporate codes of conduct
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a global / multi-site, matrix environment
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility in thinking, with creative and pragmatic problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure
