About the role

Are you eager to be at the forefront of digital innovation in brand marketing? Reckitt is looking for a Digital Brand Manager to energise our marketing category with creativity and strategic impact. As a steward of brand growth, you thrive in crafting and executing dynamic digital campaigns that resonate and engage. Your responsibilities

- Deliver digital marketing strategy, aligning with the brand's goals to amplify awareness and engagement.
- Lead multifaceted digital campaigns, leveraging social media, websites, and more to captivate our audience.
- Draw actionable insights from analytics to steer campaign improvements and elevate performance.
- Foster seamless integration of digital strategy with the broader marketing vision, collaborating with diverse teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital content while staying attuned to evolving marketing technologies and trends.

The experience we're looking for

- Track record of driving successful digital marketing strategies in a fast-paced sector.
- Fluent in the use of analytics tools and knowledgeable in SEO / SEM and familiar with the latest digital advertising practices.
- A creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and craft compelling brand narratives.
- Strong communication skills paired with the agility to manage concurrent projects.
- Background in consumer goods or a comparable marketing category with hands-on experience in brand and media strategy.
