About The Role

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator at Reckitt, where you are the backbone supporting our vibrant HR department. You will champion critical administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. Your meticulous organisational skills and proactive approach will underpin our efforts to nurture talent and fortify Reckitt's growth. Your responsibilities

- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners, ensuring clear, supportive communication. 
- Maintain meticulous HR records, from payroll and personal data to employee feedback, with the utmost confidentiality. 
- Collaborate across departments to co-ordinate HR functions such as payroll, benefits and performance management. 
- Organise and coordinate HR events, schedule meetings and interviews, and support our vibrant team atmosphere. 
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging orientation experience. 
- Assist with HR projects, reports, and process improvements that enhance our team's efficiency and effectiveness. 

The experience we're looking for

- Knowledgeable in HR processes with a passion for best practices. 
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable using HR software tools. 
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, connecting with people across all levels. 
- A knack for managing time effectively, with excellent organisational skills. 
- Experience in managing and analysing HR data with an eye for detail. 
- Ability to navigate HR processes with a strategic mindset and active problem-solving skills. 
- Keen commercial awareness and commitment to operational excellence.
