Key Account Manager 
Mississauga, Ontario (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring business objectives are achieved
  • Achieve/exceed all key sales measures and targets for the national account (NR, GM, and Trade Spend)
  • Close partnership with brand marketing/project management to develop product innovation specific to this channel and implementation of customer category strategy
  • Own forecasting/partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are met/exceeded
  • Strategic development of spend plan promotional strategy and execution, including trade budget management and portfolio optimization
  • Managing customer negotiations in relation to commercial strategy and customers’ trading terms
  • Overall Continuous improvement
  • 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience; 10+ years related Sales experience
  • Previous experience with large national customers within Consumer-packaged goods industry 
  • Strong knowledge of sales function processes and cross-functional exposure
