We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Supply Finance Assistant to join our Finance team, based at the Health factory in Nottingham. This role provides an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to commence their career and become part of our future.   • ·Support Nottingham’s Operations Finance Manager
  • Running Weekly/Monthly automated financial reports in SAP
  • Provide support with accruals/prepayments & cost centre reviews for overhead budgets
  • Support factory operational accounting reporting key areas such as waste, Inventory write offs, BOM variance analysis
  • Test factory operating and financial internal controls
  • Understanding of product costing/Transfer Pricing
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets in the finance function
  • Assist with finance queries from other factory functions
  • Use of a computerised accounting system (SAP/Fusion)

You’ll succeed if you have the following…

  

  • Highly numerate, accurate and with strong attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency in IT, particularly when using MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to analyse and challenge areas for improvement
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organisational skills

 

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C including English and Maths or equivalent qualification
  • Desirable A’ Levels grade A-C & Business and Finance Degree
