About the role

Reckitt is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist / HR Business Partner on a FTC 18 Month Contract who exemplifies integrity and fairness. In this pivotal role, you'll be a lynchpin of our compass, ensuring that our actions consistently echo our core values. Your strategic approach to employee engagement will not only resolve concerns but also champion a vibrant, performance-driven culture. Join us — because at Reckitt, doing the right thing is at the core of what we do. You'll be responsible for leading the professional area amongst Client groups, bringing the best practice in all HR areas providing comprehensive, pragmatic and customer focused HR Support and advise to employees and Managers, you will support the Senior HRBP and the locations business objectives, implementing solutions aligned to a stratgey.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Lead and manage the people management-related agenda in their client groups sharing responsibility for the goals and targets delivery
  • Be a trusted partner of the extended leadership team that they partner with, working on medium to longer-term objectives
  • Cover a medium to large client group with some global stakeholders
  • Take a lead role on all Employee Relations issues
  • Tale a lead role on Project Delivery
  • Provide practical advise and guidance to line managers on how to manage formal ER issues in line with legislation and company policy
  • Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose underlying issues and build the case for change with stakeholder
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with partners, colleagues, centres of excellence, building a strong relationship with the client groups
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes through Reckitt people tools and policies engaging with client groups effectively to ensure their use across the organisation


 

The experience we're looking for

  • Relevant HR experience gained in a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders including matrix relationships
  • Sound knowledge of HR Practices with the ability to work at pace
  • An excellent understanding of HR Processes, practices and project management skills with evidence of continuing professional development
  • Establishing strong credible relationships with leaders and stakeholders is critical
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent educational achievements plus experience
