About the role

 This role will be part of the Asset Care Reliability Team, responsible for the delivery of Reliability growth across the designated area of ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring the area performs in line with the RPS blueprints, developing and implementing Reliability growth plans, focusing on a level of continuous improvement to support Maintenance and Production performance.   

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure that MTTR and MTBF data is available and analysed to deliver availability improvements in line with Maintenance KPI’s 
  • Responsible for root cause problem solving top losses and actioning accordingly 
  • Implement Reliability growth plans to support plant availability improvement 
  • Support the development of condition based monitoring and Predictive strategies 
  • Drive consistency of implementation and standardisation of maintenance inline with the RPS blueprints
  • Working with the Asset care maintenance teams to develop, propose and implement maintenance strategies and maintenance best practice 
  • Create the processes and systems to allow and facilitate reliability growth through continuous improvement, by ensuring that the reliability of equipment is continually reviewed via the analysis of acquired data.  
  • All improvements made to equipment and processes will be documented using Reckitt’s production systems (SAP, Q1, Tech Guides etc.) 
  • Ensure that all assets are managed though an asset lifecycle process 

The experience we're looking for

  • Knowledge of Maintenance Operations 
  • Knowledge of Reliability and Maintainability principles including CBM
  • Technical engineering skills (mechanical and electrical). 
  • Demonstrable experience in the application of a logical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Knowledge of health and safety processes 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
