Your expertise will contribute to smarter operations, supportive supplier partnerships, and the strategic development of our procurement process. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Manage and enhance procurement operations, ensuring the delivery of orders, contracts, and supplier performance meets Reckitt's high standards.
- Craft and implement strategies for supplier selection to balance cost while upholding product quality.
- Develop enduring supplier relationships, addressing challenges, and evaluating their performance to sustain our operations.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to tailor procurement activities to Reckitt's business goals.
- Analyse market insights to seize cost-saving opportunities and enhance sourcing efficiency.

The experience we're looking for

- Solid background in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within dynamic business settings.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in establishing collaborative supplier partnerships.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a passion for multi-tasking and engaging with various stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail, coupled with strategic, problem-solving prowess.
- Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration and mutual respect.
- Proficient in procurement systems and the MS Office Suite, complemented by a general ease with technology.
