About the role

We're looking for a Finance Senior Manager to become a cornerstone of our leadership team in a small market or cluster. Your responsibilities

  • Responsible of the credit, collections, deductions and cash application management functions, driving resolution and escalation of risks and issues.
  • Develop strategy and vison of the Credit, Collection, Cash Application and Deductions Management functions.
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement across the Invoice to Cash (OTC) organization.
  • Work with the internal controls group on strengthening the AR controls framework.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal and external auditors, specifically for order to cash items. Also, serve as a liaison between the external auditors and other areas of the company such as customer service and supply chain.
  • Responsible for key financial metrics related to AR such as Days to Pay (DTP), Days Deductions Outstanding (DDO), Overdue and Bad Debt.
  • Market lead in the company’s OTC Transformation initiative to automate, simplify and harmonize AR related activities.
  • Partner closely with Reckitt’s shared services organization to ensure process optimization and end to end process transparency to meet the key financial metrics and maintain a sound control environment. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior finance and business leaders within the broader Reckitt organization.
  • Plan, organize, lead and control the activities of the AR team, including projects, schedules, priorities, and personnel.

The experience we're looking for

  • Must have a BS degree in accounting or finance or a related discipline. MBA is not required but preferred.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work cross- functionally.

  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

  • Demonstrating experience managing and developing a high performing team.

  • Working knowledge of SAP, Blackline and High Radius is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

What we offer

US salary ranges

USD $158,000.00  -  $236,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
