We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to join our team and provide analytical support for our Ecommerce business. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing chargebacks, shortages, sales data, and trade promotions to provide insights that drive improved profitability and operational efficiency. The Sr. Operations Analyst will work closely with our Ecommerce team to identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to optimize our Amazon operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of chargebacks, shortages, sales data, and trade promotions to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Ecommerce team to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Work with the Operations/Customer Service teams to ensure compliance with Amazon Vendor Central requirements and standards
- Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact the business to the appropriate stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations and sales analysis, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and related tools preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
